Amaretto Sour

Ingredients:

  • Whiskey
    3 cl
    Monkey Shoulder
  • Amaretto
    3 cl
    Disaronno
  • Lemon Juice
    3 cl
  • Simple Syrup
    1 cl
  • Egg White
    1

Preparation mode:

For Amaretto Sour pour all ingredients except Egg White in shaker field with ice. Shake until ice cold. After that remove the ice, add Egg White and dry shake. Fine strain into rocks glass with or without ice.

Optionally garnish with Luxardo Cherry and a few drop of Angostura Bitters.
