Ingredients:
- lemon Juice1.5 cl
- amaro Sibona2 cl
- Pino Mugo Liqueur1.5 cl
- Amaretto Avril4.5 cl
- Egg White1
- Conifer Bitters1 dash
Preparation mode:
1. Combine all ingredients into Boston style shaker
2. Dry shake for 10-15 seconds
3. Add ice and shake hard for about 20 seconds to chill the liquid really well
4. Strain the mix into a coupe glass
5. Garnish with a sprinkle of spruce sugar (optional)
