Genever Kumquat Mule

Ingredients:

Jenever
4.5 cl
Lime Juice
0.75 cl
Kumquat
2
Halved and muddled.
Ginger Beer

Preparation mode:

In a Copper Mug, add Lime Juice and Kumquat halves (optionally you can also add 0.75 cl of Ginger Syrup) and muddle it. Add ice, Jenever and top it up with a Ginger Beer. Stir for a short time and enjoy! For garnish, you can use Kumquats or Lime.
