Ingredients:
- Vodka2 oz
- Aperol0.5 oz
- Agave Nectar0.25 oz
- Caramelized Ginger Candies4 cubes
- Grapefruit Juice2 oz
- Thyme1 sprig(for garnish)
Preparation mode:
- Pour the vodka, grapefruit juice, Aperol and agave syrup in a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds
- Strain over ice in a short glass and garnish with thyme springs
- Caramelize ginger Candy and Garnish
