Ginger Molasses Syrup recipe:
Chop ginger and add with other ingredients to blender. Blend. Add the slurry to a heavy bottomed pan and bring to boil. Immediately lower to medium heat and, stirring constantly, until reduced by 1/3. Let cool, pass through fine mesh strainer, and bottle. Ginger Molasses Syrup is good for around 3 weeks.
