Ingredients:
- Clement VSOP Rhum Agricole3 cl
- St. Germain1.5 cl
- Tarragon Brown Sugar Syrup2 cl50 g Brown Sugar 50 g Water 3 g dried Tarragon Bring to boil; keep covered for 20 minutes; strain
- Lime Juice2.5 cl
- The Bitter Truth Chocolate Bitters1 dash
Preparation mode:
Rinse the glass with 10 mL Becherovka
Shake all ingredients with ice
Twist lime peel over glass to extract aroma and drop it into the cocktail
Tarragon Brown Sugar Syrup:
50 g Brown Sugar
50 g Water
3 g dried Tarragon
Bring to boil; keep covered for 20 minutes; strain
