Ingredients:
- Cognac5 cl
- Absinthe1 cl
- Sugar Cube1
- Peychaud’s bitters2 dashes
Preparation mode:
To prepare Sazerac you first rinse a glass with Absinthe and add crushed ice. Than you stir all remainig ingredients in another ice filed glass. When you’r done, throw the ice and excessive Absinthe away and strain the drink in the glass. You can also add lemon peel to garnish.
