Ingredients:
- Whiskey4.5 clFamous Grouse Blended Scotch
- Brandy1.5 clLaird’s Straight Apple Brandy
- Lemon Juice2.2 cl
- Simple Syrup2.2 cl
- Grenadine0.75 cl
- Egg White1
Preparation mode:
First dry shake (without ice). After that add ice, shake for another 30-45 seconds, or until the thick layer of foam builds up. Double strain into coupe glass, garnish with a cherry.
