Strawberry Margarita Jell-O shots

First, you will need to prepare strawberries. Cut a tiny part of the strawberries bottom so the berry can stand upright and with a small spoon, carefully scoop out the insides of the strawberries, so we get a nice place for Jell-O. Dry them a little bit with a paper towel.

For Jell-O you will need to combine Jell-O mix with 3/4 cup boiling water and stir for around 2 minutes. Add Tequila and Triple Sec (Cointreau into the mixture. When your mixture is ready, fill the strawberries as much as possible and put them into the refrigerate until firm.

At the end put the tip of the strawberries in the Lime juice and roll them in the sugar. Garnish with the Lime wedge.
