Ingredients:
- White Rum9 cl
- Lime Juice2.25 cl
- Tingle Syrup2.25 cl
- Orange Bitters5 dashes
- Egg White
- Ginger Beer
Preparation mode:
Dry shake all ingredients except Ginger Beer. After that shake with ice until super cold. Double strain into Collins glass and top with Ginger Beer.
For Tingle Syrup use:
- 1 part Demerara
- 1 part Water
- 1 part diced Jalapeno
- 1 part fresh Mint
Melt sugar in the water and add all other ingredients. Cover and let steep for at least 2 hours. Before use don’t forget to strain. For longer shelf-life you can add a shot of Vodka or White Rum.
