El Polaco & El Polaco Suave

Ingredients:

  • Aguardiente
    2
    Pour over rocks
  • Jagermeister
    2
    Pour gently over rocks

Preparation mode:

El Polaco:
Fill glass with ice, preferably cheap refrigerator ice popular with Colombians.  Pour in 2 ounces of sugar-free Aguardiente Antioqueño or similar low-cost aguardiente that is sugar-free.  Next, slowly pour 1 ounce of Jägermeister so that it intermingles but not blends with the aguardiente.  This is El Polaco.  Garnish with coffee bean or small plastic baggie filled with sugar.

El Polaco Suave:
If you choose to add one ounce of Bretaña or similar club soda, and that would be called El Polaco Suave.  Garnish with coffee bean or small plastic baggie filled with sugar.
