French Betty

Ingredients:

  • Gin
    7.5 cl
    Blue Coat
  • Lillet Blanc
    1.5 cl
  • Champagne
    6 cl
  • Olive
    1
    Jalapeno or garlic stuffed

Preparation mode:

Vigorously shake Gin and Lillet Blanc and poure it into a champagne coupe.
Put champagne to the top.
Add a jalapeño stuffed olive (garlic stuffed is a solid choice too).
Enjoy this beautiful Betty of an intoxicating elixir.
