- Rum, any kind1/4 to 1/2 cup
- Cartoned coconut milk (e.g. Silk) or Coconut Almond Milk2 cups
- molasses1 tablespoon
Put a teaspoon to a tablespoon of molasses in a cup. Leave the spoon in the cup, and pour in the rum. Stir it around. Add in the cartoned coconut milk (not the stuff in the can, the stuff in the milk section of the grocery store) or the coconut flavored almond milk, give it a stir, and add some ice. It’s like a white russian but better. You could use the canned stuff but you’d want to cool it down, water it down, etc., so it’s easier just to use the refrigerated cartons.
