Ingredients:
- London dry gin6 cl
- Lillet blanc2.25 cl
- Creme de violette0.75 clMarie Brizzard brand. Other brands may require slightly more or less.
- Celery bitters1 dashBitter Truth. Optional.
- Grenadine soaked hibiscus flower1Make by putting dried hibiscus flowers (aka hibiscus tea) in a small jar of quality grenadine.
Preparation mode:
Stir first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled champagne coupe. Drop hibiscus flower in when served.
