300g fresh ginger. blend with 500 ml fresh water. 30 ml lime juice. 60 ml sugar syrup. double strain
Passion Fruit Syrup

In this cocktail I used Monin syrup

Simple Syrup

for less sweet you can skip this step

Preparation mode:

Prepare your Old fashion glass with a salt rim and ice cubes.

Add all your ingredients in to the shaker.

Shake for +- 2 min.

double stain your drink over the ice.

garnish with a mint leaf.
