Ingredients:
- Small Batch Artisan Gin (Dry)6 cl
- Herb-Infused Agave Nectar2 clPineapple sage, rosemary sprig and thyme sprigs
- One half fresh squeezed lemon1
- One half fresh squeezed lime1
- Fever Tree ElderFlower Tonic10 cl
- Garnish Lebanon Cucumber, Rosemary Sprig and Citrus Wheel1
Preparation mode:
Herb Infused Agave Nectar:
4-6 Pineapple Sage Leaves, 1 Sprig Rosemary, 3-4 Thyme sprigs
Add 1/4 cup of boiling water to 3/4 cup of Organic Agave
(Rest overnight for maximum flavour)
Thinly slice cucumber and spiral inside the Collins Glass
Add Ice to the class and set aside
In a shaker add:
Gin, Herb Infused Agave and Lemon / Lime juices
(add ice & shake)
Strain over Collins glass with ice and fill with Fever Tree ElderFlower Tonic.
Garnish with Rosemary Sprig & Citrus Wheel
