Ingredients:
- Rhubarb Liqueur4.5 clArt in the Age Rhubarb Tea
- Elderflower Liqueur0.75 clSt. Germain
- Demerara Simple Syrup2.25 cl
- Lemon Juice1.5 cl
- Blackberries4
- Basil Leaves4
Preparation mode:
Muddle Blackberries and Basil.
Add Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, Rhubarb Liqueur and Elderflower Liqueur.
Optionally add a dash of Lavender, Floral or Rhubarb Bitters.
Shake over ice.
Double strain into a rocks glass over ice.
Garnish with Basil Leaves, Blackberry, Lemon Peel or a Flower.
