Ingredients:
- Dry Gin2ozpreferably Blackwood's
- Punt e Mes0.75oz
- Amaro Montenegro0.75oz
- Orange bitters2 dashesRegan's
Preparation mode:
Stir with ice. Strain into a chilled champagne coupe. Garnish with a sprig of thyme. Can also be served in a tumbler over a big block of ice.
