Ingredients:

  • GIn
    4.5 cl
  • Fernet
    2.25 cl
  • Strawberry Shrub
    1.5 cl
  • Lemon Juice
    1.5 cl
    Freshly Squeezed
  • Simple Syrup
    0.75 cl
  • Absinthe
    Rinse
  • Angostura Bitters
    2 dashes

Preparation mode:

  •  Spray/rinse Absinthe into cocktail glass and place in freezer to chill
  • Muddle a few sage leaves with the simple syrup in a mixing glass
  • Add all ingredients (except Absinthe) into mixing glass
  • Shake
  • Strain into chilled cocktail glass
  • Garnish with sage leaf
